Job description for a UPSC/MPPSC/UGC NET/ MPSET/ ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

GS Subjects: History, Polity, Geography, Economy, Environment, Science & Tech, Ethics, Sociology, Public Administration, etc.

Optional Subjects: Sociology, Anthropology, Geography, PSIR, Hindi Lit., English Lit., etc.

NET/SET Subjects: Commerce, Management, Education, Social Work, Economics, Computer Science, etc.

Responsibilities

* Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures on General Studies subjects for UPSC and MPPSC examinations

* Create and maintain course content aligned with the latest UPSC and MPPSC syllabus

* Evaluate student learning through tests and assignments

* Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills

* Stay updated on current events and developments relevant to the UPSC and MPPSC exams

Requirements

* Master's degree in a relevant subject (History, Political Science, Public Administration, etc.)

* Must have cleared the UPSC or MPPSC mains exam

* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for UPSC or MPPSC preparation

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

* Ability to motivate and inspire students

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in English language
