Account Executive (Accounting)

*Job Title: Account Executive – Pharmaceutical*

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records and general ledger accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Process accounts payable and receivable

Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Assist with audits (internal and external)

Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus (optional)
