Job Description

Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Mars Car Care

Job Role:



Regular visits to assigned Mars Car Care centres.

Ensure operations and services are running as per company standards.

Monitor staff performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Check centre cleanliness, branding, and process compliance.

Support centres in achieving sales and operational targets.


Submit visit reports and coordinate issue resolution with management.



Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

2+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Automobile Industry.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.
