Job Description:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the field. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as the ideal solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their pain points and requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our products or services, highlighting their unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Represent our company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
