We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new leads.
  2. Presenting and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients.
  3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  4. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
  5. Achieving sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
  6. Providing feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  7. Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
  8. Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends to stay competitive in the market.

Job Requirements:
