Meet Doctors, Chemists and Stockists on a regular basis to maintain relations o Collect information from the field and regularly conduct surveys o Be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining sales o Conduct market survey and maintain list of active/potential doctors o Provide market feedback and customer data o Implement and develop strategies to increase sales o Maintain and a daily work diary and send daily reports to RSM, including TP (Tour Program) o Maintain a call average of 10/7/1 (Doctor/Chemist/Stockist o Conduct OPD (Outpatient Department) Campaigns o Be responsible for distribution of promotional materials and maintain records of the same o Maintain a consistent and neat dress code at all times when on duty. Personal grooming is also required at all times. o Attend corporate/cycle meeting when required and be prepared when attending the same o Conduct activities that will help improve relations and promote sales such as felicitating doctors on their birthdays. o Make area a profit-making centre for the organization. o Monitor value wise and brand wise sales progression.
