QA Executive – Egg

Bachelor / Masters in Vetenary Science, Food processing & Quality Control expert, having thorough knowledge of

Food regulations. Having working experience in egg categories of farm and exotic eggs.

Having experience in retail industry is preferable.

Professional Requirements

Have a degree / masters in Vetenary Science or equivalent in a relevant subject. Have at least 2-3 years of relevant

working experience as Quality Assurance representative handling food processing in various categories of meat and egg

products

The role will require a good track record with 3rd party audit experience. Knowledge and experience in working with

food safety management standards like: GMP, ISO 22000, FSCC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001.

Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within organization and with third party partners.

Strong oral and written communication skills along with an excellent report writing ability.

Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Description

To ensure quality & safety of farm and exotic eggs delivered to customers

To monitor the Butchery / Meat Processing Center/ 3

rd party supplier operations on day to day basis – Hygiene, process

monitoring control.

Daily QC checks of Incoming, in process and FG meat products

Compliance to specification, labelling and packing

Implementation of FSMS requirements at Vendor location.

Ensuring key customer quality requirements, customer visits, handling customer complaints & CAPA

Assessment of supplier facility as per set frequency & drive improvements

Train the egg packing unit team on EggQuality, Food Safety, GMP & Personal

Hygiene Drive food safety initiative with all the 3rd party egg supplying units.
