Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :
A Retail Sales Executive primarily focuses on generating sales and achieving targets by visiting retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers, as well as engaging directly with customers. Key responsibilities include: Indeed
- Sales Generation: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and lead follow-ups. 2
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, provide product information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 1
- Inventory and Store Management: Monitor stock levels, manage displays, and maintain store presentation standards. 1
- Team Supervision: Guide and support junior sales staff, set targets, and implement sales strategies. 1
- Marketing and Branding: Assist in promotional campaigns, evaluate sales strategies, and enhance brand visibility.
