Position: LIC Bima Sakhi (Mahila Career Agent)
Location: Howrah / Kolkata & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours
Fixed Stipend: ₹7,000 per month + Performance Commission
About the Role:
An exclusive opportunity for women to build a stable, long-term career with the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India. This role is specifically designed for proactive individuals who want to work flexible hours from their local community. Full training and mentoring will be provided.
Key Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria:
• Gender: Exclusively for Female candidates.
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Age Limit: 18 to 70 years.
• Mandatory Condition: Candidate must NOT be a close relative of any existing LIC agent or employee.
Mandatory Onboarding & Exam Fees:
• Registration Fee: ₹150 (Official receipt provided by LIC).
• Mandatory IRDAI Agent Exam Fee: Approximately ₹550.
*Candidates must pass the mandatory IRDAI certification exam to lock in the appointment and stipend benefits.*
