Job SummaryThe Operations Field Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day locker operations, assisting customers on-site, handling customer calls, and ensuring smooth functioning of locker systems. The role requires field travel to different locations to provide operational and customer support.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide proper guidance and support
• Assist customers near the lockers during booking, pickup, and delivery
• Visit assigned locker locations for operational support and issue resolution
• Monitor locker usage and report technical or operational problems
• Ensure lockers are clean, safe, and functioning properly
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily operations
• Support customers in case of locker access issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions and operational activities
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Provide emergency or urgent support when required
• Key RequirementsReady to travel to different locations as per operational needs
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and technology
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
• Preferred QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Experience in operations, logistics, field service, or customer support is preferred
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills
