Job Description:

Fortunex Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and organized female accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


  1. Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and manage ledgers, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately and timely.
  1. Payroll:

  • Prepare and process payroll for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits and deductions.
  1. Tax Preparation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Assist with tax audits and implement tax planning strategies.
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Generate regular financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  1. Internal Controls and Audits:

  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in the [specific industry, if applicable].
