Job Description
2–5 years (in Indian / Chinese / Continental / Tandoor / Multi-cuisine –)
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per menu standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
- Plan and manage food preparation and inventory.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and support team.
- Maintain stock levels and reduce food wastage.
- Innovate new dishes or menu ideas when required.
