Job Description
A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems
Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Review documents and reports for errors
Update existing records and remove duplicate information
Generate basic reports when required
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear data
Required Skills

Qualifications
