Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery and Pickup Executive to join our team at Mr. Blue Laundry Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling the delivery and pickup of clothes from customers' locations while ensuring timely service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver clothes to customers' locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe handling of garments to avoid any damage.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding order details, pickup, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and payments if applicable.
• Coordinate with the store manager and staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints politely and effectively.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles is a plus.
• Good knowledge of local routes in and around Kondapur, Hyderabad.
• Ability to handle and carry laundry bags of varying weights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
