Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial office spaces, retail units, and residential flats/villas in gated communities. The specific roles and responsibilities will be explained in detail during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:


  Engage with potential clients and understand their real estate requirements.


  Promote and sell commercial properties (office spaces, retail outlets, etc.) and gated community residential properties (flats, villas).


  Conduct site visits and provide project tours to prospective buyers.


  Maintain relationships with builders, property owners, investors, and tenants.


  Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.


  Keep updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures.


  Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.


  Stay informed about market trends, pricing, competitors, and upcoming developments.


Requirements:


  Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.


  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.


  Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, property listing platforms).


  Experience in real estate sales or client servicing is a plus.


Preferred:


  Candidates with prior real estate experience in commercial or residential sectors.


  Local area knowledge and a good network in real estate circles.
