Hi, We have a requirement for the Education counsellor. Roles and Responsibilities The candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience as an Education Counsellor or related role. It involves Advising & Counseling the students through calls/ emails. Making outbound calls to prospective students and explaining to them about admission procedures, courses offered and career opportunities. · Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals. · Closely working with the team for meeting monthly revenue targets. Key Skills: Candidates should have a pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skills. Excellent Communication skills in English. Effective interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with the students. Should have basic knowledge on IT Courses. Responsible and motivated to give the best of his/her abilities. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines. Only Hyderabad candidates can apply Candidates should work from an office location.
