Job Description: Senior Counselor: *Counsel students on various programs offered by ICFAI University. *Counseling Students and parents about our courses *Clarifying the doubts of students and parents *Responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, and timely follow-ups *Calling Leads and giving them information about programs offered by ICFAI University and generating walk inns *Managing fee structure programs *Generating references from students *Follow-ups and closing the inquiries into admissions *Should have good communication skills, powerful convincing skills *Should be active, capable to take initiative and target-oriented Note: Dress code for the candidates who are attending the interview and also after selection should attend their duties regularly in Formal dress code with Shirt, Trouser and Blazer only is mandatory.
