Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries from Retail stores. Preparing statutory accounts including GST and other compliances Ensuring timely accurate payments Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. Recording and filing cash transactions. Controlling credit and debit recovery Invoice processing and filing. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve. Bank reconciliation. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets for accuracy Maintain digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Review and file payroll documents Participate in quarterly and annual audits Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
