Job Description
• Preparation of monthly financial statements, variance analysis & other reports required by management • Completion of month-end closing tasks including account reconciliations and bank reconciliations, salaries for employees • Helping in planning, forecasting, and budgeting & risk analysis • Ensure monthly invoicing and collection of inter-company expense allocations and other billings. • Create and Maintain Fixed Asset subledger for portfolio companies • Prepare financial analysis on sales and cost of sales for portfolio companies • Identify opportunities for process improvements with manager and portfolio companies • TDS deduction, review and filing of all TDS returns • Ensuring complete Tax compliances including returns, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns, etc., and assessments. • Ability to work with external consultants and auditors to ensure timely compliance of audits, including follow-up of action items and resolution of audit observations. • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills and an effective communicator • Must be Trustworthy, punctual, disciplined and detailed oriented CA students will be preferred.
