Job Description — Accounts Executive (Basic Tally & Excel Required)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the daily financial activities of our store. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic Tally software, Excel, and have strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily expenditure records and maintain proper documentation

• Handle daily ledger entries including cash, bank, and credit transactions

• Maintain inward & outward stock records of the store

• Record purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally

• Prepare and update Excel sheets for financial tracking

• Assist in generating daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Maintain petty cash and ensure accuracy in cash flow

• Support overall accounts and administrative tasks as required

🧾 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Tally (ERP or Prime)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage records systematically

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
