Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software(Tally), Responsibilities of candidates include: > Prepare invoices and follow up for payments with vendors > Work closely with an external CA > Should prepare monthly salary statements and payroll > Ideally he should be able to handle Accounting, TDS, Income tax, ROC compliance, ROC, all taxation and all audits related to the company > Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable and preparing financial reports > Posting journal entries daily > Updating financial statements and transaction inputting in Tally > Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable > Processing monthly payroll, PF, ESIC, GST filing monthly > Preparing weekly reports for the management
