Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure seamless system operations.
- Experience in monitoring tools and techniques to maintain system health and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
