Responsibilities of candidates include: To Generate surface and solid CAD models for our company Meeting with draftsmen, engineers or architects, Project managers to resolve design discrepancies and optimize construction plans. Transforming client blueprints and design plans into computer generated models using CAD software. You may be required to work as part of a team or individually on a project. Knowledge and experience in Estimation and Bills of Quantity. Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is a plus. Experience with STAAD Pro for structural analysis. Should be able to prepare BOQ's and Estimations. Timeline Schedule, Bar Bending Schedule, Quantity Surveying is mandatory Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, including building codes and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with demonstrated experience in creating technical drawings for construction projects. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, including building codes and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting complex designs. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
