Department: Marketing Qualifications & Experience: Any Graduation 0 to 1 years’ experience. Key Accountabilities: • Maintain the Attendance, leave and permission records of OFFICE staffs. • Preparing Quotation & Estimation. • Sending periodical reports on daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Basis like Sales report, collection report, activity report, petty cash, pending payment list, estimation pending status, work under progress, prospect list, product wise collection report, stock list etc... • Assisting and coordinating the field force in documentation, follow ups, reminders etc. • Attending incoming calls and walk-in clients and customers. • Assisting superiors.
