Roles & Responsibilities: Stakeholders in upholding and enhancing the Brand Image and Customer Service Standards. Complete Knowledge about the Brand and the Fragrances in the store. Accomplishes sales objectives by forecasting requirements. Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers Organize and attend Brand Promotional Events. Compliance of the visual merchandising Standards. Relationship building - Externally, with customers and suppliers. Internally with different related and supporting departments. Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements & identifies new customer opportunities Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure. Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures. Complies with all rules and Regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
