Responsibilities of candidates include: Experience in Retail and Supermarket Like Ratnadeep,Dmart,Vijetha,More, Bigbazar,BEST etc Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Make change accurately and efficiently. Issue receipts to customers. Deal with returns and refunds as necessary. Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct. Answer customer questions as they arise. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies Bag, box or gift-wrap packages Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
