Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that integrate with technology solutions.
