Job Description


Hypernest Digital Media is seeking an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition through market visits and cold calling.

You will be responsible for identifying potential small and medium business (SMB) customers, understanding their digital media needs, pitching our services, and closing deals with a strong conversion ratio. This role is ideal for a confident, target-oriented individual who is comfortable engaging directly with business owners. As the company expands rapidly, this position offers significant growth opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market ResearchVisit commercial areas to identify small businesses requiring marketing services.
  • Generate leads through proactive field visits, cold calling, and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain a healthy and active pipeline of potential clients.
  • 2. Client Interaction & Requirement CollectionConduct in-person or virtual meetings with business owners (e.g., clothing stores, jewellery shops, restaurants, salons, car showrooms, and retail stores).
  • Thoroughly understand their branding and digital media requirements.
  • Suggest tailored services, including video shooting, editing, reels production, photography, thumbnail design, promotional campaigns, and comprehensive monthly marketing plans.
  • 3. Pitching & Deal ClosurePresent Hypernest Digital Media's services clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
  • Handle client objections effectively and communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Convert leads into paying clients for both monthly retainer and project-based services.
  • High Conversion Expectation: Must target a 95% closing rate from identified prospects.
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle: approach → pitch → follow-up → closure.
  • 4. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare detailed daily reports summarizing visits, calls, leads generated, and closures achieved.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to secure accurate quotations and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Ensure a flawless transition of clients to the production team after deal confirmation.
  • Qualifications & SkillsRequired0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within digital media, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven understanding of fundamental sales techniques and processes.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be prepared for extensive local travel (on-site).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
  • PreferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
