We are seeking a Business Development Manager, to support our high growth business of Security and contract staffing. In this role you will be responsible for business development in promoting, pitching Security and Staffing offering of Company & in contributing towards bringing new business. Job description • Identifying new sales leads • Pitching products and/ or services • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers • Researching organizations and individuals online • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person • Developing quotes and proposals • Strong communication • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Excellent time management and organization • Responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue target and enhancing sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieve the desired targets and goals Qualifications • B2B sales experience in Sales. • Lead Conversion and Successful Invoicing within defined timelines. • Quarterly/Monthly revenue generated from your accounts. • Initiate meaningful conversations and pitching solutions related to the recruitment & staffing industry. • Fluency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Diligent. • Graduate or MBA Preferred.
