Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience to support our business growth. The ideal candidate should be strong in managing data, maintaining Excel sheets, handling reports, and supporting day-to-day company operations. The BDE will play a key role in generating leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth internal communication.


  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Manage, update, and maintain company data and lead databases regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports such as lead trackers, follow-up sheets, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Handle daily company duties such as documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist management in any additional tasks related to business operations.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Sorting & Filtering, Formatting).
  • Ability to manage large sets of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualities:Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Team player with a positive approach.
