Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies and pursues new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue by generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to find opportunities, creating and executing sales and growth strategies, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and product development to align strategies and achieve company objectives. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conducting market research, analyzing industry and market trends, and developing actionable business and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives. 
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. 
  • Relationship Management: Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Sales & Negotiation: Presenting and pitching products or services, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ultimately closing deals to secure new business. 
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. 
  • Client & Project Management: Managing the sales process, tracking progress, and potentially managing client relationships for existing accounts to ensure retention and growth. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Providing sales reports, sales forecasts, and tracking business performance against targets to inform strategy.
