Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (Internship → Full-Time)

Stipend: ₹17,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Post-Internship Package: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (Based on Performance)

Eligibility: Freshers Only

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (Freshers) who are passionate about sales, communication, and career growth. This role starts as a 3-month internship with performance-based incentives and a clear path to a full-time position.

*Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Must be available for full-time, in-office internship.
