Job Summary :Global Syndicate Finance is looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Hyderabad office. The role involves calling prospective clients, explaining our loan and financial products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

• Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain financial products and loan services.
• Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Follow up with clients for documentation and application updates.
• Maintain accurate client data and call records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales and operations) for lead processing.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this role.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support (finance or loan sector preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Telugu preferred).
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Working Details: Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
