Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with colleges and companies, driving business growth through lead generation, relationship management, and strategic tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and partnership goals.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with college management and corporate HR teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of partnership programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market feedback.
• Represent Oppty TechHub at industry events, education fairs, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Any graduate passionate about Sales and Business Development.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Institutional Partnerships (preferably in EdTech, Training, or Placement domains).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and partnership development.

Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum
• Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (performance-based)
• Travel Allowance: Provided for official travel
• Other Benefits: PF and ESI coverage
• Performance Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for top achievers
