Responsibilities of candidate includes: 1. BDM handles the complete responsibilities of a team of 8-10 executives and may handle a complete region with 1 or more than 1 Godrej camp. 2. Primary responsibilities include achieving sales target and developing a strong and robust team. 3. Active coordination with the back office, commercial, DSM and his team. 4. Team development, hiring and retention of executives is a key role of the BDM. 5. Needs to get a good grasp of the local area and needs to do area planning on a weekly basis for putting up camps. 6. Handles the team with 1 or more than 1 team leaders directly reporting to him. 7. May be required to take care of the permission from the local societies for camp area planning.
