Business Process Designer

Project Role : Business Process Designer
Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and ensuring that the workflows align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for designing continuous monitoring systems and feedback mechanisms that allow for ongoing refinement of processes, ensuring that they remain effective and efficient over time. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering collaboration among team members and business users alike.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document process flows and create detailed specifications for process improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
