Job Summary: Responsible for all the cash transaction activities in the store. Responsibilities and Duties: • Excel Ensure smooth processing of promotions during billing. • Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy • Record and tally inward and outward bills on daily basis • Maintain records of all the expenses • Maintain record and receipts Credit Card payments • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges • Knowledge of working on billing system and MS Excel. Qualifications and Skills: • Graduate with Minimum 0 – 3 years of work experience as a cashier. • Should be from: Gold/Jewelry Industry.
