Job Location: Hyderabad Shift: Should be flexible in shifts (General shift 10am to 7pm) Roles and Responsibilities:  Fulfilment Centre (FC) Lead is responsible and accountable for all activities and tasks assigned to the FC under him/her.  Ensure that the % of SLA breaches is below the threshold % identified for that FC.  Responsible for assigning the sub tasks of Operations team to the respective members of Procurement, Packing, Shipping and Special Operations team and ensure their execution as per the defined process in the SOP manual.  Helps to develop the actively engage with local sellers / shopkeepers /vendors/ suppliers/ distributors etc and establish a sound network of such channel partners to procure daily as well as bulk purchases with maximum discount% over the MRP.  Monitoring the inventory manager and the product manager and as and when new products are added will intimate the availability /non availability of the products in the local markets/shops.  He/she will ensure that any stock out/non availability inputs from local suppliers are brought to the notice of the inventory manager and the inventory is updated with the correct information at the earliest.  Responsible for preparing the daily reports as per defined SOP and policies and sharing them with the concerned management personnel before cease of work.  He/she will ensure cross training of all personnel under the FC to develop and enhance redundancies in roles.  He/she is responsible for ensuring a healthy, cordial and cooperative spirit amongst all members of the FC.
