Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Supervise and monitor the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Design and Planning:

• Assist in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the construction work follows the plans and specifications.
• Contribute to the preparation of site layouts, elevations, and site-specific plans.

Material Management:

• Ensure the proper use of materials on-site as per the specifications.
• Monitor stock levels and order materials as required.
• Ensure that materials are delivered and stored properly to avoid delays or damage.

Project Coordination:

• Liaise between various stakeholders (architects, contractors, and local authorities).
• Communicate any project issues and delays to the project manager.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the agreed project schedule.

Quality Control:

• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that work is done according to the project specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and certifications.
• Ensure the site is free of hazards and follow health and safety protocols.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager on project progress.
• Record and document any changes to design, schedule, or materials.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

• Identify potential issues or delays and work to resolve them effectively.
• Address any concerns raised by the client or stakeholders in a timely manner.
