3+ years technical writing experience for an IT services company • Degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to scope and plan technical writing deliverables based on product plans, prototypes, and specifications • Ability to develop cross-functional rapport and relationships with technical consultants, marketing managers, account managers, and others • Strong research, requirements gathering, planning, writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills • Experience writing for technical services company • Experience working with a digital marketing, web development, graphic design and sales team • Must have really strong written English skills Nice to-have knowledge • Experience working on social media and managing a company’s Linkedin page • Experience working with Adobe’s creative suite especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Using analytics data and feedback mechanisms to understand customer needs; identifying opportunities to do so • technical content authoring and content management tools, such as Confluence, Oxygen, Madcap Flare, RoboHelp, Paligo, or other tools and content management systems
