Maintain Cost Accounting Records Rules and Cost Audit report rules. 2. Develop and maintain accurate cost standards. 3. Inventory Valuation and Control. 4. Business Analysis and Variance (Material, Labour, Overheads etc) Analysis. 5. Calculation and compilation of Annual Operating plan (AOP). 6. Pre and post profitability Analysis on product wise and Segment wise. 7. Review Product Costing and identify the critical areas which could facilitate any improvements in the product cost. 8. Fixation of Transfer Pricing for Inter divisional transfer of goods. 9. Divisional profit analysis and reporting to management. 10. Deal with statutory auditor, Internal Auditor, Cost auditor and management auditors. 11. Cost Control Initiatives which includes Control of Marketing Expense, Coordinating with various teams for Reduction in Material Cost, Reduction in Standard Loss and increasing the yield. 12. Costing and Pricing Decisions of New Products. 13. Work out the Costing / Models for Make or Buy Decision's. 14. Long term Planning and Profitability projection of the Domestic and international Business. 15.Coordinating with Marketing and supply chain for proper forecasting, Production Planning and inventory control.
