Job Description

As a Counsellor & Office Admin with abroadHQ consulting, you will be required to - • Have excellent communication skills, exceptional convincing power and good presentation skills • Be a self-motivated, work independently and also within a team to generate quality leads, achieve goals • Provide consultation services to potential clients as per their interest in overseas opportunities like education and migration etc, including establishing their suitability for the same. • Hold consultations by email, phone, and in face-to-face meetings. • Present and market immigration services to potential clients. • Prepare action plans and schedules for identifying specific targets and projecting the number of contacts to be made. • Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects. • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns. • Provide regular follow-ups on inquiries received. • Assist with the immigration-related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter sent to prospects and clients. • Handle the office administration during day to day activities.
