Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts, managing technical details, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and applications to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques relevant to Workday applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
