Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : * Research customer problems and deliver solutions * Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Client service standards * Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals * Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately. * Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment. * Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required. Education : * Graduation Mandatory(Please check on the education documents) Desired Candidate Profile : * Fresher or max 1 year of work experience in email or chat support (preferred but not required) * Ability to use Computer Systems application usage (shortcuts, alternating windows, navigating tools) * Knowledge of browsers (IE8, Chrome) * Excellent Typing Skills * Fluent comprehension and composition skills while communicating and retaining shared thoughts * Good understanding of email/chat etiquette * Ability to maintain and manage active engagement during communications * Should be ready to work with rotational shifts – 24/7 * Currently WFH, should be ready to work from office depends on pandemic conditions (ONE WAY TRANSPORT)
