Constant communication and follow up with customers, Customer service orientation. 2. Responsible to have detailed information about the Registered Pass Books / Plots / Villas / Flats 3. Responsible to have detailed information about the Full Paid and Un-Registered Pass Books / Plots / Villas / Flats 4. Responsible to have detailed information about the Regular Payment Receiving Pass books Villa and Flats Bookings 5. Responsible to have detailed information about the irregular payment -Default customers Pass books 6. Responsible to initialize the Registration process and to coordinate and collect all the required documents for Registration & Agreements 7. Responsible to have information about the agreements to be issued to customers. 8. Giving MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 9. Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline customer care process 10. Implementing the management strategic plan in order to recover the outstanding payment. 11. Responsible to handle customer care Grievance and Escalations. 12. Developing feedback mechanism process and suggest to management for better services to customer satisfaction. 13. Maintain strong communication system with customers both oral and written. 14. The above mentioned duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive 15. In addition to the above you are also responsible for the duties and responsibilities which are entrusted to you by the management from time to time.
