Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Female)

Work Mode: Office (On-site)

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions from our office. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, sales, and relationship-building, with the ability to promote products, generate leads, and consistently meet sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls for customer engagement and product promotion
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support marketing campaigns and assist in preparing sales reports
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Travel within Hyderabad when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsLanguages: Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Goal-driven attitude with a passion for customer engagement and sales
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad
