Urgently Required Customer Service Representative* *Candidate is responsible to resolve queries of customers via inbound calls, emails, and text.* *Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (4 Openings)* Salary up-3.5 Lac to ₹4.5 Lac (annually) *Time 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift) *Graduation degree mandatory* *2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Customer Care in E-commerce mandatory* *Candidate should have working exp. on FreshDesk or CRM or similar to these two software.* Age limit 21-30max *Fluent English and hindi Must* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Experience in handling tools similar to Fresh chat. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs. Proven experience in working with Customers and resolving their issues in the past.
