Job Location: Hyderabad Shift: 10AM to 7PM (rotational Shift) Job Description Taking/Handling Inbound Customer calls, Outbound calls, Emails & Provide product / service details & benefits to Customers. Responsibilities:  Ability to manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization.  They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.  Also help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
