Digital Marketing Manager Sanvi Kreations(Advertising Agency)is looking for a Manager (Digital) to join the team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in an Advertising Agency and be able to develop the skills and Implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The candidate must have the ability to draft and present proposals to clients and map the social calendar. Experience in digital solutions for the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Employ strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels. Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
