Immediate joining in duty after selection. 1. take care of the lighting system in the common area of the building 2. take care of primary & secondary motors and cooling tower belts etc. of chillers. 3. take the readings of condenser temperature every three hours. 4. take the KWH monthly readings in the LT panels. 5. any other related work is given by the maintenance engineer or facilities manager.
